PR without account assignment is not supported in classic scenario.

So would you please check the scenario used in your SRM system?

If you are using SRM7.02, you can activate SRM_702_DIRECT_MATERIAL, then PR without account can be transferred to SRM even if claasic sceanrio is applied.
