Turn off Email notification for surrogate bidders

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.0 and ECC 6 , we have a requirement to turn off the email notifications to bidders who were added using surrogate bidding. Current functionality sends out the mails to all the bidders (Including surrogate bidders). Please suggest some SAP notes or any config changes to turn off the notifications.
