Tender Fee in RFx

Dear All,

We are working on SRM 7.02 , classic scenario (Not PPS).

We have activate the RFx process, now i need to activate the option Tender Fee payment in my scenario.

1. What are the configuration need to be maintained?

2. How the Bidder pay the Tender Fee, while creating RFx reponse ?

3. Any config, related to payment gateway need to be maintained ?

Kindly provide the information for the same.
