I assume you have enabled customizing switch SRM_701_SUCO_SUP_REG.
1. You can use following SPRO customizing:
Supplier Collaboration
Supplier Self-Registration
E-Mail Notification Settings
Define E-Mail Body Settings
(table /sapsrm/c_email)
to define your own smartform for notification process QUESTIONNAIRE_URL_SEND. The standard smartform is /SAPSRM/SUCO_NOTIF, you can use this a basis to create your own.
2. Please set the check box for 'No Notification of Registration' in SPRO:
