SRM 5 can approver view a SC?

Hi Guys, I am wondering if you could help me. I am quite new with SRM.

In SRM 5, from the Option "verify status" is there any way a user who is taking part of the approval workflow (and he is not either the recipient or the purchaser) of a SC, can he see the SC when it is not the stage of the approval?
